WAYS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
1. Volunteer as a Patroller
Dedicate 7 nights (10 PM - 5 AM) to monitoring and protecting sea turtles and their eggs from poachers and predators. No prior experience is needed—just a commitment to conservation!
2. Sponsor a Watchman
Cover the cost of a patroller for one week by donating $150, which helps provide essential supplies, transportation, and support for our team.
3.Donate Snack Packs for Patrollers
With 5 patrollers per week for 26 weeks we need to keep our volunteers fueled during their overnight shifts. You can contribute by donating funds or providing nutritious snacks.
4.Join a Guided Sea Turtle Tour
From April to the end of September, show your support by attending a tour led by a professional guide. You'll learn about critically endangered sea turtles, their nesting habits, and conservation efforts—plus, you'll have a great chance to witness a mother turtle laying her eggs!
Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of their struggles and survival, but your participation directly funds efforts to protect the turtles. Attend a tour, spread the word, and encourage others to do the same!
5. Shop for the Cause
Support conservation efforts by purchasing turtle-themed merchandise from the Bluff Beach Gift Shop. Proceeds go directly toward protecting sea turtles and funding our patrols. Every purchase makes a difference.
